Refund Policy

1. Overview
At LuckySpike, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital strategy and e-commerce consulting services. Refunds are only issued when a customer has had a genuinely bad experience with our service or product — we stand behind our work and will make it right if we fall short of your expectations.
2. Service Deposits
All project engagements require a non-refundable deposit to reserve our team's capacity and commence discovery, strategy, or planning work. This deposit covers the initial work invested in your project prior to full execution.
3. Project Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project after work has commenced, you will be charged for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any amounts paid beyond the value of work completed will be refunded within 14 business days, minus the non-refundable deposit.
4. Milestone-Based Engagements
For projects structured around milestones, payments made for a completed milestone are non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue the project before the next milestone begins, no additional charges will be incurred and no refund will be issued for completed milestones.
5. Retainer Agreements
Monthly retainer fees are billed at the start of each period and are non-refundable once the period has begun. You may cancel a retainer agreement with written notice before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
6. Disputes & Dissatisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with our work, we encourage you to contact us promptly at finance@lsoptimaize.com. We will make every reasonable effort to address concerns through revisions or adjustments. Refunds based on dissatisfaction are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
7. LuckySpike-Initiated Cancellations
If LuckySpike is unable to fulfill a project commitment for any reason, we will issue a full refund of all amounts paid for work not yet delivered, within 14 business days.
