Software Development Services

Project-Based Services:

Refunds are calculated based on work completed. If development has started, you'll receive a refund for the remaining undelivered portion of your project. Full refund available within 3 days if no development work has commenced.

Milestone-Based Payments:

Refunds are processed for uncompleted milestones only. Completed milestones are non-refundable, but any work-in-progress milestone will be refunded proportionally based on actual development progress.

Completed Deliverables:

Fully completed and delivered project phases retain their value. However, if you're unsatisfied with specific deliverables, we'll work with you to resolve issues or provide partial refunds based on the scope of concerns.
